Skilled and well versed in the many different forms of welding, our welders are US Coast Guard certified, (SCP) Shipyard Competent Person certified, and personally tested by our management in real-world scenarios.
Proficient in dual shield, stick welding, MIG, TIG, inner shield, pipe welding, scarfing and plasma cutting.
Blueprint literacy
Fitting proficiency: pipe, inserts, plate, etc.
Skilled with all metals; especially: stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
The Zamalloa Welding test is completed in the 6g position to simulate a confined space on a vessel. Our welders adapt to each unique situation and have an awareness of their surroundings.
